Returns and refunds

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason.

Your right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you name (other than the carrier), receive the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, tell us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email to the address below. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page, but you do not have to.

Our prints are standard sizes and layouts chosen from our catalogue; they are not made to your personal specification, so the right of withdrawal applies to them.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery charge, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the print back or you have supplied evidence of having sent it back, whichever is earlier.

Please send the print back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us. Pack it carefully, in its original packaging if possible.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the print resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

Damaged or faulty prints

Separately from the right of withdrawal, you are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity. If a print arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.
