Shipping and delivery

We deliver to the European Union, the United States and Canada. Delivery costs €7.99 in Portugal, €10.99 elsewhere per order, however many prints you choose.

The delivery charge is shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay. We are not able to deliver to other countries at the moment, and checkout will only accept delivery addresses in the destinations listed above.

Production and dispatch

Each print is made to order in Portugal, so it is not sent from stock.

Orders outside the EU: duties and taxes

Prints are sent from Portugal. For deliveries to the United States and Canada, import VAT, sales tax, customs duties or carrier handling fees may apply on arrival, depending on local rules and the value of your order.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your print arrives damaged, please email us as soon as you can, ideally with photographs of the print and the packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. If a parcel does not arrive, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
