The photograph
Golden crescent
Condor's newer liveries use bold stripes of colour, and this one turns the aircraft's nose into a curve of polished gold. Standing directly in front of it at the stand, the photograph places the cockpit windows near the top of the frame and lets the gold crescent sweep down towards the nose gear.
The yellow lead-in line runs through the centre of the picture, painted stand markings sit on the concrete below, and green hills and palms close off the background under a grey sky. The jet bridge is already attached on the right, so the scene is one of quiet arrival rather than motion.
A warm, graphic portrait-format print that works well in hallways and narrow walls. Offered in A4 and A3+, the sizes the original phone capture supports in full detail.
Photographed on 11 November 2024 with a iPhone 15 Pro Max (phone) at a focal length of 16 mm.
